Customer First

The primary goal of AMALPLAST is the full satisfaction of customer expectations, by bringing our expertise, quality and efficiency. Everyday we work to find real and feasible solutions to our customers’ problems. For us it’s essential to understand the needs of the client and work towards a common goal. For this reason we think that a quality product must always be accompanied by a service which characteristic are: availability, capacity, and precision.

Staff Development

As regards our Human Resources view, we believe in the continuous training, so we are keen to grow our employers both in technical and responsibility terms. We can qualify the operators through specific updating courses, or coaching shift.  Everyday we try to convey the idea that each staff member is essential for the success of the company.

Investing in Quality

From the production point of view, the Management has always aimed to “work in quality“. This concept means:

  • Continuous product improvement.
  • Increasing of the technological level through a series of investments in machineries and equipment. At the moment the production department is composed of 26 high-performance and latest-generation press machineries.
  • Reduction of the errors during the work process.
  • Customer satisfaction monitoring.
 

Innovation, Big Opportunities to Grow

Another important aspect for Amalplast is innovation. Keeping up with the times is a must, so we are totally agree with the industry 4.0 philosophy. Over the last few years we have been making important investments to digitalize the production by the purchase of latest-generation machinery and fully exploit their potential. Automation represents for us a concrete opportunity to grow in the production and beyond. 

The modernization of the company also concerns communication and new media. We have set the goal of improving the digital image of Amalplast. To do this we will focus on two aspects. First, we will renew the website to make it more intuitive, attractive and multilingual. Second, we start to be present on social medias, especially on LinkedIn, in order to share our work with more and more people. By making this we can expand our customer network, with particular focus on foreign markets.

In terms of sustainability, we have planned a project for the installation of a photovoltaic system located on the roof of our warehouse with a power of around 200 kWp. It will produce clean energy as well as guarantee an economic return.

The Importance of our Territory

Finally, we are aware of belonging to a very important territory from an economic point of view. The productive fabric of SMEs in northern Italy is appreciated and esteemed in all over Europe. The most striking thing abroad is the quality of the products and services made in Italy. This feature remains constant over time thanks to the perfect mix between tradition and new ideas. Amalplast feels an integral part of this context, and it wants to be a perfect example of it.
