Amalplast is an italian company specialized in mould manufacturing and thermoplastic injection moulding. We are able to manage all phases of product development, from the mold creation to the article molding.
This is possible thanks to the perfect synergy that has been created through the years between Amalplast and the workshop Officina Meccanica Rosati. The collaboration between the two companies led to the creation of a single group in 2020.
Only two flexible and well coordinated structures like ours can guarantee a complete service, which it means a great advantage for the customer. The result of our work is reflected in the finished product in terms of technical and commercial requirements, quality and efficiency.

Amalplast moved to the new headquarters of Gornate Olona
The headquarters is currently located in Via delle Industrie 6 in Gornate Olona (VA).
It’s completely renovated and cutting-edge. In this renewal perspective, we have planned a project for the installation of a photovoltaic system, in order to produce clean energy independently.

We are keen to always be in line with quality standards. In fact, in 2001 we obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification which regulates Quality Management Systems.
Furthermore, we want to continue improving ourselves, so we don’t exclude to get new certificates for proving the quality of our products.
